The restaurant daily menu is a hearty blend of country English fare: Beef Wellington, bangers & mash, and shepherd’s pie to name a few. The Pelican English bar reflects the best of the pub: fine ales, draught beers, stouts, pilsners and a whole range of wines, sherries and ports from around the world.
The Pelican supports its local farming community. In season our next-door neighbor, the Green Gulch Zen Center, provides for our salads. Local Pelican meats include Mary’s free range chickens. Imported items like our coffee are certified fair trade and sustainable.
Parking is limited at the Pelican and carpooling is encouraged. Dinner reservations highly recommended, call 415.383.6000.
