ROOM TWO		Four Poster Queen bed with tapestry drapes, antique rocking chair. Private bathroom with shower. Our smallest room. $190, including tax.
ROOM THREE		Half Tester Canopy, Queen size bed, corner bedchamber. Balcony over looking the conservatory. Private bathroom with shower. $245, including tax.
ROOM FOUR		Four Poster Queen bed with tapestry drapes. Balcony over looking the tree tops and conservatory. Private bathroom with shower. Very small room. $210, including tax.

ROOM SIX		Half Tester Canopy, Queen size bed, with views overlooking the law and garden. Private bathroom with shower. $245, including tax.
ROOM SEVEN		Half Tester Canopy, King or Twin size bed, large corner bedchamber over looking the garden sitting area and private staircase from the Snug Room. Private bathroom features small tub and hand held shower. $275, including tax.
The Snug is a private cozy room complete with fireplace, overstuffed chairs and a selection of books and games. Perfectly suited for relaxing, sipping Sherry or merely enjoying the glow of the fire.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE of the date of check-in, in such case any deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per night per room. Any cancellation after the five days is subject to charges in the amount of the entire booked reservation (including tax), unless room can be re-booked.
