a warm, crusty baguette for sharing

Shrimp Bisque Soup
a rich & velvety shrimp bisque, gently simmered with cream

Winter Greens Salad
with mandarin oranges, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, spring mix and lightly dressed with honey vinaigrette


MAIN ENTREES
Choice of:

Ribeye Steak
a hearty ribeye pan-seared with classic roasted carrots, parsnips, celery, potatoes and onions

Loch Duart Salmon
Scottish salmon with a traditional mustard sauce accompanied by sauteed spinach & herb rice

Vegetable Cellentani Pasta
curled pasta tossed in vegan basil pesto & finished with parmesan

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate, served with softly whipped cream
